My nostrils became uneven (highly recommend!)

Sigh~ it’s been 5 days since surgery. As soon as I took the tape off, I could immediately see that my nostrils were uneven. When viewed from below, the left nostril is slightly bigger, so even from the front, my nose looks a little crooked,, The swelling hasn’t fully gone down yet, so I do think it may be a bit early. When I asked the doctor why, he looked at the photos taken before surgery and told me that my nostrils had already been uneven before and that there was too little flesh on the nostrils, so that’s why, and told me to take that into account to some extent.. I feel pretty upset. Why do we get nose surgery? Isn’t it to get rid of the complexes we had and become prettier? At first, they say they can take responsibility for everything and operate, but after surgery, doctors start shifting responsibility to the patient. It left me feeling disappointed because we entrust our faces to doctors based on trust. After surgery, patients are very anxious, so even afterward, I wish doctors would consider the patient’s feelings so that trust doesn’t break. I’ll know more after the swelling goes down, but around when can I tell whether it’s crooked or whether the nostrils are uneven? And he says my nostrils were uneven before, (he trails off saying, “Maybe if we stitch some of the flesh it could be improved...” The moment my trust cracks a little..) I said I’d first wait for the swelling to go down and bring it up again when removing the stitches... If I ask for a revision, will they do it for free? Or do I need to make the point clearly and settle it? Everyone, please reply..
