I had surgery on the 10th, and since I work.. I did it during my vacation.. I had my nose bridge raised with silicone, and for the nasal tip, I had surgery using ear cartilage and AlloDerm.. On the first day, my nostrils were blocked with gauze, so I thought I’d die from the stuffiness.. Once they removed the gauze on the second day, it was a bit more bearable.. After nose surgery, I took the subway around, and on the first day I was so embarrassed I thought I’d die, but after riding it two or three times I got used to it.. haha I became totally shameless.. But now two weeks are passing.. I like the shape, but.. Every time I smile, it’s so uncomfortable I could die... My smile still looks awkward.. Is everyone else like this too?? And as the swelling goes down, it looks slightly crooked.. The hospital says it’s because the swelling on one side is going down first.. but I’m worried to death.. What was it like for you all???? I’m so worried.. I really don’t think I could ever do something like revision surgery again... Whenever I get a runny nose and my nostrils itch, it drives me crazy.. I’m still washing my face very, very carefully every time.. How long do I have to keep doing this.... What were you all like around 2 weeks after surgery??? Please share your knowledge...
