Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

If I remove my nose implants, will breathing become easier?

Ugh, after nose surgery, breathing through the left and right sides is really so different. My pre-surgery CT scan was straight, without even a deviated septum, so after surgery I thought maybe it was because of swelling, but I didn't even have functional nose surgery, and it's already been two months, so why is breathing on the left and right different? When I shine a flashlight inside my nostrils, whether it's the septum or the costal cartilage inside the columella, something is slightly shifted to the left, and the nasal roof has also come down compared with the right side. Could it be because of that? Why on earth did the nasal roof come down? Can it come down because of silicone? They said they didn't do osteotomy, but I think they said they slightly shaved the nasal bone or the hump ㅠㅠ I wonder...
