Day 16 after nose surgery - cartilage tying, columellar strut - septal cartilage harvested while also having septal deviation surgery - I’m so worried that my nose looks pinched, and with the nasal tip lifting upward, it feels like both alar sides are gradually drooping downward, so I think I should get an early removal consultation. When I search, it seems like this happens when the cartilage tying is done excessively. The hospital where I originally had the surgery was actually fine, with almost no pain, but I’m also planning to go for a consultation at a hospital that specializes only in removal and revision surgery.
