If Anyone Knows Well About Nasal Inflammation and Contracture, Please Take My Question ㅠ

About 7 or 8 years ago, I had a hump nose that was a complex of mine, so I had it corrected and had some silicone inserted. For the past few days, the skin on the nasal bridge, a little in front of rather than the nasal tip, has stayed red and a bit swollen. I also feel some pain. Since having surgery once, I've lived being mindful of it, but I have no knowledge at all. This means the inserted silicone is inflamed, right? I don't know if it's just my imagination, but now my nasal tip has become completely blunt and swollen. Could this be contracture? If the inflammation goes away, will it be okay? Does inflammation only go away if the silicone is removed? Plastic surg…
