It’s been about 7 years since I had nose surgery, and currently, other than my nasal tip drooping, I don’t have any major problems like inflammation or side effects. But I’m psychologically struggling because I feel anxious about what if inflammation develops later, or what if contracture happens. Sometimes I even have nightmares So these days I’m thinking about removal. I didn’t separately have alar reduction, but my alae are slightly on the wider side, so if I remove both the nasal bridge and nasal tip completely I worry on one hand whether I’ll be able to handle my previous alae.
