I’m dissatisfied with the shape and thinking about removing my whole nose, but if I had correction for a bulbous nose, would I also have to undo the alar base narrowing? I have silicone and septal cartilage in the tip of my nose, and the surgery was 2 years ago. When I had surgery 10 years ago, they used silicone and ear cartilage, then I got greedy and had a revision 2 years ago for a straighter nose, but I think it doesn’t suit my face, so I’m thinking about removing everything ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
