3 years ago, I had nose surgery with silicone, 4-5 mm, I don’t remember exactly, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Currently, even after taking antibiotics for a month, I have swelling and pain that keep improving and recurring. The symptoms recur only at the glabella. I suspect inflammation. After removing the silicone, I want surgery to refine the nasal tip. I was very dissatisfied with my original nasal tip, so I want the nasal tip to be more defined than my original nose Even if the capsule or any other inflammation-causing materials are all removed, could contracture or upturning occur after surgery?
