Today is day 2, but is swelling usually this bad… It’s much more swollen than after my first nose surgery, what should I do …… Was everyone originally like this?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
