Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

My Surgery Is Tomorrow and I'm Worried

I had surgery for a deviated nasal septum and lowering of the nasal tip, but the alar cartilage protruded into the nostril. They say they can straighten it using other cartilage, but should I just have them straighten it as much as possible and not add cartilage on top?ㅠㅠ I'm scared that later the area with that cartilage might get inflamed or feel hard. And originally, they only cut the part protruding from the septum that was connected to the nasal septum and left the rest alone. Is that okay? I just want to remove everythingㅠㅠ
