Is there anyone who has had spreader grafts removed? I have spreader grafts on both sides using autologous costal cartilage. I think it may be an extended type of spreader graft, and the nasal tip is too hard with a severe foreign-body sensation, so I’m considering removal. If anyone has had them removed, please leave a comment. I’m also curious whether, if removing the spreader grafts causes saddle nose, it could be reinforced with ear cartilage.
