What material did you use when getting revision surgery? Is it usually autologous costal cartilage.. I do think rib cartilage would be the answer if I do it again too, but I’m worried it’ll end up looking too dramatic It’s already a revision for a bulbous nose.. If there’s anyone who had revision surgery for the same case as me, please share what material you used These days I’m basically just spending my time looking at surgery reviews, and my list keeps changing too.. I’ve roughly decided on the hospitals I want to go to for consultations, but there are places where I’m still debating the doctor, so it’s hard For one place, like I said, I’m still debating For Objet, I’m thinking of Dr. Lee Kyung-mook, and if it’s a revision, going to him would be right, wouldn’t it? I’m scared I’ll end up needing a third surgery. I just hope my bulbous nose gets properly fixed

먼지청소 I was debating between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, but autologous costal cartilage felt too burdensome, so I got nose revision surgery with donated costal cartilage at Marble ㅠ For nose materials and things like that, I think choosing what suits you best is the most important
우주아잉 Autologous costal cartilage and silicone~ Autologous costal cartilage isn’t necessarily the only answer, but if you want less drooping or fewer side effects, using your own material is better. Especially with donated costal cartilage, they say there’s some luck involved and the absorption rate is high, so after debating, I got my nose revision with autologous costal cartilage at ㅈㅇ
미림 I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage at Hanabi. Luckily, I finished it in one go lol
워녕턴 They do say you need to use autologous costal cartilage if you want a dramatic nose, but it’s not necessarily always extremely dramatic like that, and I think it also depends on the doctor’s aesthetic sense~ There are very dramatic styles like The Nan or OM, and when you look at Made Young, Honesty, etc., there are also styles that are defined but natural. But if your bulbous nose wasn’t improved, shouldn’t you make it slightly dramatic?
