For my first surgery, I wanted a higher nasal bridge, so I intentionally used silicone to raise it, but my skin seems to have gotten a bit hard; and my nasal tip also seems a bit lifted. This is contracture, right..? Ah, what do I do about this, seriously,, I think the answer is to hurry and get revision surgery before it gets worse ㅠ I don't think silicone will work for me anymore, so I want to remove it and redo it naturally and elegantly without an implant, you know? A friend recommended ㅊㄷㅊ and ㅎㅇㅂ, saying they're famous for doing noses well, but besides those two, does anyone know a hospital that's good at nose revisions and handles implant-free rhinoplasty well?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
