It’s been about 10 months since surgery now, and I used autologous costal cartilage and a somewhat high silicone implant. I’m a man. First, maybe because my natural nose was crooked, the director told me the silicone seems to have shifted slightly toward the side it was originally crooked toward. Should I get removal surgery? I enlist in the military in June, and I don’t have any other side effects. Rather than living while worrying about side effects in the future, I strongly feel like I want to live comfortably with my natural nose ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
