By any chance, is there anyone who suspected empty nose syndrome after surgery and had everything removed? It hasn't been long since my surgery, but I had surgery using septal cartilage, and when I breathe through my nose, the air comes in so hollow and strong that my lungs hurt. I'm so anxious that I want to remove everything right away
