It’s been 4 months since my nose surgery. I had septal cartilage and silicone inserted, and when people say there is a step-off, they say it appears at the nasal tip, but why do I have a step-off in the middle? And why does the nasal tip look like that?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
