Since it was my second surgery, I was prepared, but this time I used autologous costal cartilage For a few days after surgery, I really even regretted not using donated rib cartilage... Still, as it gradually gets better, I'm feeling okay... I just hope my choice wasn't wrong.. Anyway, I had the splint removed, got swelling laser treatment, and had everything checked including the rib area, and they said there was nothing wrong, so I feel a bit relieved. Honestly, I thought my nose would be extremely swollen, but it wasn't as swollen as I expected, which was surprising. The nasal tip is a bit high, but even when I touch it lightly, it feels hard.... Under my nose keeps feeling tight, and since I also had muscle removal under the nose, they said I especially need to be careful when smiling Even after surgery, there are really so many things to be careful about and more than one or two discomforts All I can think is that I wish time would hurry up and pass. Still, from what I can see, I don't think I have that old feeling of the implant and cartilage showing through, and my nose seems to have turned out nicely defined... I hope the swelling goes down more and the bruising fades too. I want to show off my nose at least once too...
