I’m 3 weeks post-op after surgery with donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone. By my standards, I do feel like my nose is slowly getting better compared to the beginning, but it still feels like the Pinocchio look hasn’t gone away yet.. I asked the consultant because I said it looked too much like Pinocchio, and they said to have a consultation with the director in July, and if I still don’t like it, they’ll do AS after 6 months..? If it were you, if you still didn’t like the shape of your nose after 6 months, would you get revision surgery at the same clinic? Or would you wait until after 1 year to see if it comes down a bit more? (I most want to do it at another clinic, but because of the cost.. I paid 4.5 million won for the first surgery too ;;ㅠㅠ) If I do end up getting revision surgery, I want to remove all the silicone and just raise the nasal tip with ear cartilage onlyㅠ (photo deleted)

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
