Has anyone had spreader graft removal?

I had bilateral spreader grafts using donated rib cartilage, and a double-layered nasal tip support strut. They harvested my septal cartilage, leaving only 1 cm, so it couldn’t be reused, cut it into layers, and stacked it in the nasal tip, and they even used auricular cartilage. Since the remaining L-shaped septum is surrounded on all sides with donated rib cartilage, I don’t even know whether total removal will be possible, and they say auricular cartilage or autologous costal cartilage may have to be harvested. Before surgery, I had no functional discomfort or anything abnormal at all. Due to excessive osteotomy, one nasal bone was completely crushed. They gleefully rummaged through my nose like someone who crossed the line below. And this was done by a doctor said to have decades of experience as a board-certified plastic surgeon…
