Hello. My original nose was a small nose with a short columella where the nostrils were not visible at all. But after rhinoplasty, due to excessive septal extension, the columella looks too long, and when I smile I get an arrow-shaped nose, and my nostrils are lifted too much, so my original image is gone and it’s extremely stressful. Everyone who sees me tells me to take my nose out. Even from the front it looks lifted, and from the side the nostrils look considerably lifted and larger. If I remove the septal extension and have reconstruction, will the lifted nose come back down?
