It’s been 1 year and 2 months since my first surgery, and 8 months since I got an AS on my nasal tip. There’s no inflammation and no major problem, but sometimes when I press it, it hurts like it’s bruised, and because of the foreign-body sensation, I’m thinking of having it removed ㅠㅠ If I remove it at the hospital where I had surgery, it costs about 500,000 won. Would that be the right thing to do? Or do I absolutely have to go to Seoul? I’m conflicted ㅠㅠ I live outside Seoul, so going back and forth is really hard. And when removing it, would it be okay to remove only the silicone and leave the nasal tip as it is? ㅠㅠ Since I have a long nose, I feel like it would look somewhat okay only if the nasal tip stays lifted ㅠㅠ But...
