I only had my nasal tip done during my first surgery, but as it drooped, I feel like the hump has become more noticeable. I want to look into revision surgery, so would osteotomy be essential this time?? Since I’m getting revision surgery anyway, would it be better to do it together and finish it perfectly.. I’m curious whether everyone who had hump nose surgery definitely had osteotomy too..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
