I had my nose done twice within a month and it was a complete disaster, so I had everything removed, but my nose became way too short and upturned. Among people who have had total removal, has anyone had an upturned nose come down? I'm going to have revision surgery after 6 months, but how am I supposed to get through 6 months with this nose, ha
