I had nose surgery with silicone 15 years ago, no nasal tip surgery. Suddenly starting this week, my nose feels tight, there is a foreign-body sensation, and it feels sore, so I went to a local plastic surgery clinic. They said it looks fine on the outside, but since I am having those sensations, it seems like inflammation. They prescribed antibiotics and said that if there is no improvement after taking them, I can just remove the silicone. Would it be okay to do it in a regional area? I only want to remove the silicone ㅠㅠㅠ
