Hello. Exactly one year after my first surgery, I’ve scheduled a removal consultation for next week. I currently have silicone, septal extension, a support strut, and nasal tip work. In the area where the columella touches the front-facing skin, some cartilage that I don’t know whether it’s the support strut or what is protruding and showing through white, and above that I can also feel and see cartilage coming down. When I lie down, my nose gets blocked, so lying down is uncomfortable. After surgery, the scar is sunken inward as if it was pinched, and after the surgery the doctor told me my original septum was small. *shaking with anger* So I’m also worried that they may have overharvested ㅠㅠ I’m going to Seoul from the provinces next week to check whether I have a saddle nose.
