Hello. Exactly one year after my first surgery, I’ve scheduled a removal consultation for next week. I currently have silicone, septal extension, a support strut, and nasal tip work. In the area where the columella touches the front-facing skin, some cartilage that I don’t know whether it’s the support strut or what is protruding and showing through white, and above that I can also feel and see cartilage coming down. When I lie down, my nose gets blocked, so lying down is uncomfortable.
