I was searching and am writing this review to help others, commemorating being done with my nose. At first, after my nose surgery, my features became more defined, so I took a lot of selfies and was satisfied, but it gradually drooped, and I felt like my face looked long, so I decided on revision surgery. But the nasal bridge became higher than before, so I looked even more masculine. My forehead was already low, and with the nasal bridge high too, the starting point became high, so I even stopped taking selfies. So I had another revision-revision to lower the silicone. But it still did not improve, so I spent all that money and almost developed depression. To make it sturdy, donated costal cartilage was used, along with silicone and ear cartilage.
