Before surgery and in the early days, I definitely promised myself I would leave reviews every day so they could be helpful, but I really am lazy lol First of all, I had rhinoplasty 12 years ago with silicone and septal cartilage, and because of things like show-through and a heavy feeling in my nose, I had revision surgery with dermis. I now prioritized safety over shape, and while looking only into implant-free options, I chose dermis. I’m never getting nose surgery again. For now, I’m very satisfied.
