For me, no support strut x no septal cartilage harvest x my first surgery 9 years ago was closed rhinoplasty, 3 mm long silicone extending to the nasal tip plus ear cartilage. I just didn't know anything and went to Gangnam and just had surgery. I asked them to make it look natural, and this is what they did. First, I had intermittent glabellar tenderness, my skin got thinner, and when I was under a lot of stress and my body wasn't doing well, my nose bothered me so much. I'm just going to take it out. Fake nose, go away. Everyone here helped me a lot, so thank you. Now, until I have surgery and come back, I'm going to stop going in and out like I have a mental illness and go back to being loyal like a slave to work…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
