Nasal Congestion After Rhinoplasty (Columellar Strut with Ear Cartilage, Nasal Bridge with Ear Cartilage)

I had a columellar strut and part of the nasal bridge done with ear cartilage, but one side of my nose is slightly blocked, and when I sleep lying on that side, it definitely feels much more blocked. Could the nose be blocked because filling the nasal bridge with ear cartilage pressed down on the nasal dorsum and narrowed the nasal valve area? I had deviated septum surgery 10 years ago, so my septum is a bit weak. It’s not that the blockage is at the nasal tip, but I feel resistance inside the nose, so that’s why I’m asking.
