Leaving the Nasal Tip Support in Place

I had my nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage, but I don’t like the shape, and the hardness is more uncomfortable than I expected, so I’m thinking of removing it after 6 months. But I heard that if I remove everything, the nose could become upturned, so I’m thinking of leaving just a little of the support in place. 1 What exactly kind of surgery is it to leave just a little of the support? 2 If only a little of the support is left, will my nose become soft and squishy again? 3 How much will it go back to my original nose? I only had the nasal tip done, so I don’t think the nasal bridge will change, but my nasal tip was originally broad and bulbous, so I’m a bit worried it might get even broader and more bulbous…
