I was having a hard time because of rhinitis and sinusitis, so I had nasal surgery, and while doing it, I also had cosmetic work done. For the first surgery, I had surgery with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but in less than a year they said the septal cartilage had been absorbed, and my nasal tip drooped, so for the second surgery, I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. It’s been about 2 years now, but the rhinitis surgery wasn’t done properly, so I’m thinking about revision surgery to correct the rhinitis and also improve the cosmetic aspect. If I do it again, I’m considering donated costal cartilage. Where is good at both rhinitis and cosmetic surgery??? Trying to look around again after 2 years, I have no sense of where to start. I’d appreciate it if you could share information by message or comment.
