About 5 months ago, I had silicone removal and nasal tip work done together. During my first surgery, I had used 2 mm silicone and ear cartilage, but for this revision surgery, I removed the silicone and used septal cartilage. They said it was not a very difficult case, and I was not too worried either, but when I said I did not like a pointy nasal tip, they used cartilage in the nasal tip and made my nose bulky, like a correction for a pinched nose. They put in cartilage without discussing it with me, and my nasal tip ended up very round and blunt.
