I’ve had three failed nose surgeries and am now looking into it again. In my last surgery, I had the silicone removed because of contracture. While removing the silicone, they were supposed to bring down the upturned nose, but instead of coming down, it became even more severely upturned, so now I can’t even go outside, and even if I do go out, I absolutely can’t take off my maskㅠㅠ When I searched, I found something called the three major removal clinics, and I’m also thinking about going there for full removal. Originally, I was going to have revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, but I’m scared it’ll fail again, so I think it may be better to just take everything outㅜㅜ But when I looked into it, some people say that…
