2 Years After L-Shaped Silicone Removal. Sudden Pain

I only had the L-shaped silicone removed, and it’s been 2 years since removal. Until a few months ago I was doing fine without pain, but suddenly my left nasal ala turned red once, and recently both nasal alae and the nasal tip have been stinging and tender. Is there anyone like me after removal? I’m in year 2, and it doesn’t seem like a sudden inflammation out of nowhere. I wonder if the nasal tip cartilage that had been compressed by the L-shaped silicone is gradually spreading apart and causing pain near the nasal alae. The nasal tip has spread, so there is a gap, though only I can tell when touching it. At this point I can’t tie the nasal tip together now, and I don’t care about the shape anymore. I just want to be comfortable without pain, that’s all. Maybe I should go to an ENT clinic and at least get a CT scan…
