I had a hump, so I had the hump shaved down, and because my nose was wide I had bilateral osteotomy and 3 mm silicone, plus nose-tip surgery and a septal strut. But my nose ended up too high, so during revision surgery I lowered it, but it still feels too high ㅠㅠㅠ I also got a consultation for removal, but they said it would sag and flare out more than my original nose, so I was thinking of another lowering surgery, but I'm scared it will go wrong and keep wanting to remove everything ㅠㅠ Has anyone with a case like mine had it removed?
