My nasal bridge wasn’t done with silicone but with AlloDerm, and the columellar support strut at the nasal tip is autologous costal cartilage, but will a contraction phase still definitely come? I came to the hospital where I had my second surgery, and they say AlloDerm removal is possible, but they said a third kind of nose will appear, so I’m scared. I don’t mind if my nose gets lower, but I’m most worried that the nasal tip will go through a contraction phase and shrink ㅠㅠ I wonder if it would be okay if I also get cartilage repositioning.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
