I had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty, and they consulted me on removing the silicone and replacing it again. Would it be better to replace it with a slightly higher millimeter size, or would it be better to do it without an implant? I’m curious what people who have had revision surgery did. If I only remove it and just do the nasal tip, does that count as implant-free surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
