I’m on day 11 after my first rhinoplasty, and starting two days ago I entered a contracture phase where it feels extremely tight. It still pulls a little bit, but because of breathing problems, I’m considering early removal. I vaguely heard that surgery is possible before 2 weeks, while the tissue is still soft. If the contracture phase passes, is early removal no longer possible?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
