My nose was never originally upturned, and it was a nose where the nostrils really didn’t show. But after I had nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage, my nostrils show a bit. If I remove it, will they come back down... If I also do cartilage repositioning, one of the removal hospitals did say over the phone that if it was a nose where the nostrils originally didn’t show, they come down about 90%...
