Considering revision rhinoplasty because of cartilage show-through at the nasal tip

I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage placed on top. Recently, the ear cartilage is showing through at the nasal tip, so I’m wondering what I should do about it. I feel like my skin has become thinner than before, and I want it to look as natural as possible. I also want to lower the nasal tip. But at the hospitals I’ve consulted so far, they recommended rib cartilage for the columellar strut. I’m torn because rib cartilage is strong, so I wonder if it might show through the skin again, and I keep wavering over whether I should have everything removed. I’ve visited 5-6 hospitals for consultations and plan to visit more, but for now, Director ㄱㅈㅅ at ㅈㅇㅌ is the one I trust the most so far…
