I’m a man and I’m considering rhinoplasty. I’ve already had surgery once and had the hump shaved down, but due to recurrence of a deviated septum, I can’t breathe well, and the silicone implant has also shifted about 2 mm to the left.
I’d like to slightly lower the height of the nasal tip and reshape the bridge again, but I’m really struggling with which hospital to go to for revision surgery.
