I’m 2 and a half years post-op with no implant, and because of inflammation, my nasal tip gets red, my columella swells, when I smile my nose immediately feels pulled, even when I’m still my nose scrunches, my nasal bridge feels like it has a pulse, and so on. I got antibiotic injections and took medication, but it comes back after 2 weeks, and I’m going through hell. I feel like even if I get revision surgery, the inflammation will just recur, so I’m thinking about complete removal. But my hump was shaved down really a lot, so I got a saddle nose, and I’m wondering if I should at least restore the nasal bridge. One of the big three removal clinics said they could put costal cartilage inside the nasal bridge to restore the saddle nose. But then I’m worried, what if that gets inflamed too? Anyway, what is this…
