Are the only places that know how to restore a lateral osteotomy that notoriously bad H or D*T*J, which isn’t even run by a board-certified plastic surgeon? Usually when I go for consultations, they all say it can’t be done. After lateral osteotomy, I developed tenderness and lost my sense of smell, so I want restoration, but I feel like the plastic surgery clinic I’m planning to go to will say it’s impossible, so I’m still searching more online ㅠㅠ Everywhere else said osteotomy wasn’t needed, but the place where I had my last surgery said they could do anything, and that’s how this whole mess happened. Never trust a doctor who says everything is possible. If they say something can’t be done, compromising a bit and going conservatively is the right answer.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
