ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Please share some information. This will be my third surgery, and the second one was septal cartilage and silicone replacement ㅠ From what most people say, many opinions are that I may need to use autologous costal cartilage, so I'm looking at places that handle autologous costal cartilage well. But places that seem okay don't seem to do functional rhinoplasty, so it's really hard to find a place that is good at both ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I need help from people with experience. The places I looked at are ㅇㅂㅋ, ㅋㅂㅈ, ㅇㅇ, but the last clinic doesn't have functional rhinoplasty content on its website. It seems to have quite a few autologous costal cartilage review cases, but I don't think there are functional rhinoplasty cases ㅠㅠㅠ…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
