If I want a somewhat high nose

Rib cartilage... Aren’t places like The Nan and Nana good with rib cartilage? I’ve seen them quite a bit, and there do seem to be a lot of reviews. Take your time looking into it

Wow, the list is of hospitals I’ve seen a lot, but it really seems like there are doctors who are genuinely good at autologous costal cartilage!

For making it high, whether you use rib cartilage doesn’t matter. The bridge is silicone + rib cartilage, the firmest material, is used when you want to raise the nasal tip and shape it nicely

I naturally have a short nose, and I want to use donated rib cartilage, so I’m searching mainly around that. For the style, something like ㅍㄹㅇㅂ and ㅇㅍㄹㅅ, but I’m confused. If it’s a short nose, should I be looking into silicone instead..

[@와디니] [@와디니] Seems like you didn’t understand at all. You should study this again from the basics. Usually, rib cartilage is for the nasal tip, and silicone is for the bridge. If the bridge is high, you either go implant-free on the bridge or choose dermis (dermis is safe, but the shape isn’t pretty / you can’t raise it much) Looking at your other posts too, it seems like you barely looked into anything and are just asking questions randomly. Aren’t you seriously scared to look into it that casually and then put your own face in someone’s hands and get on the operating table??? I’m saying this because I’m genuinely surprised…

[@haruholic] Oh really? So are you thinking of it like: after making the silicone high, the nasal tip also has to rise along with it, so firm rib cartilage is used to support that?? Or are you saying that even if the septal cartilage is sufficient, this can be used too?? Is that what you mean, everyone here??
