I had my nose done once 5 years ago, and I’m starting to look into revision surgery. My first surgery turned out very slim and natural, so this time I want to make my small nose look a bit bigger and thicker. Are there any hospitals that are good at this kind of thing, specializing in small noses? My original nose is quite small.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
