I had nose surgery before, but the line is just... so-so, so I wasn’t really thinking about revision surgery and thought I’d just live with it. And right now I’m also looking into something else first. But when I compared it with photos from the early period after surgery, the nasal tip looked slightly drooped. The materials used were septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Do a lot of people get revision surgery even for this much? If I do it again, I do want to redesign it completely and use autologous costal cartilage. I’m not going to do it right away, but my friend had a similar case to mine and got revision surgery right away somewhere else. As far as I know, she had it done at High End. After seeing that, I kind of want to do it too, but should I just live with it?

♡행복해♡ If you’re not going to make it more dramatic again, I don’t think you need to do it.
호호빵맨 They say even natural noses droop with age... Personally, I think drooped noses are pretty too :) If it’s not bothering you, I think you don’t have to do it..!!
깜보디아 If you don’t desperately want to do it, let’s just not touch it... I was living without thinking much, but when I looked at photos from before surgery, my nose now after surgery doesn’t look that different... ㅠㅠ I got so disappointed because of the short length, so I’m looking into revision surgery at ㅋㅇ and ㅈㅇ.. I’ll refer to your list ㅜ Did your friend use autologous costal cartilage?
dslfj4 Oh, your friend had it done at the same place as me. High End really is good. If the director is originally good at revision surgery, they’re trustworthy. My line came out really well too.
njuyhb [@호호빵맨] Ah, is that so? ㅜㅜ If it droops more than now, I think that would be a bit much, but should I just not do it for now and wait...
njuyhb [@깜보디아] What materials did you use when you had the first surgery??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
