10 years ago, I had a bulbous nose, so I had alar reduction, septal work, and silicone implant surgery together. These days, my nose keeps feeling like it’s getting bigger and bulkier. Other than that, I don’t have any major discomfort. Can scar tissue still gradually form even 10 years later?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
