It’s been 2 weeks since I had my nose removed. I had an early removal after 10 days. With my original nose, when I smiled, my nostrils would naturally spread with the muscles around my mouth, but now I can’t smile When I try to smile, my nostrils don’t move at all, so it looks really awkward, and when I force myself to smile, I feel like I look like an android I asked the removal clinic, and they said that because I’ve had surgery twice, once scar tissue forms it becomes stiff, so it’s hard to smile like before. Does that mean I have to live like this? But could it be because the previous clinic only did nostril reduction on the left side and corrected my bulbous nose? Should I ask the previous clinic what surgical method they used? Please…
