My nose once became like an Avatar nose, so I’m thinking of removing the silicone. In this kind of case, is it okay to remove only the silicone + capsule without doing a complete removal?? My original nose had almost no nasal tip, so I want to leave only the nasal tip and remove just the silicone… When removing silicone, do they usually also redo cartilage repositioning? Also… since I’m doing it anyway, I want to get alar reduction too. It would be better to do it all at once, right?? If I do it separately, how many months later should I do it??
촉스파이 I think it would be hard to do it just a few days apart, and it would probably be better to do it all at once

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 17 I feel like nose implant removal depends a lot on luck too..
Of course, I do think rhinoplasty itself is kind of a matter of luck. Everyone’s nose shape is completely different, and there are so many variables, like the style you want, the materials that suit you, the doctor’s aesthetic sense, skin…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 16 Can contracture happen only for a certain period and then stop?
It’s been about 13 years since my nose surgery. Is it possible for contracture to have occurred at a specific point and then stopped, rather than gradually continuing to progress from some point onward? Just looking at the shape of my…
